LOCATION
The Villa is located a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach of San Lorenzo, between the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the characteristic Borgo Marinaro di Marzamemi. The sun illuminates it for the whole day and the environment is typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Sea view from the terrace of the apartment on the first floor.
SEA
The sea in transparent colors with shades of white / green / blue / blue and a beach of fine sand gives the feeling that summer does not end. The apartment is on the first floor (independent access) and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a mezzanine, bathroom with shower, kitchen, covered and equipped terrace.
